— All Batting Cage rental fees are non-refundable. The Laguna Batting Cages will gladly reschedule a reservation at no additional charge if the cancellation is done at least 24 hours prior to the reservation.

— The Laguna Batting Cages will not reschedule reservations that are canceled on the day of the reservation.

— Your rescheduled date must be no more than 3 months from the date of the original reservation. You can reschedule only one time.
